Minimal improvement

Appetite loss due to two years of constipation, IBS, and gas has affected me. My appetite decreased significantly; I have been drinking more and wondering about my lack of desire to eat. Additionally, I feel that the heart attack-related depression has lessened. However, the improvement compared to my previous severe constipation and gas retention was minimal, so I will try a different supplement containing another bacterial species.

No noticeable effect
I did not notice any significant effects. Personally, I found it difficult to assess its impact as I dislike the original taste and do not suffer from constipation. I took one or two tablets daily but still found it ineffective. I have no intention of purchasing it again.
